MS/X OnTime™ and TS/X OnTime™ are short interval, finite-capacity scheduling tools developed specifically for the fabrication of advanced products and complex processing, assembly and test operations. Good schedules are the tactical link to reaching production goals and begin with accurate capacity and cycle time information. OnTime uses discrete event simulation technology to model factory performance and generate dispatch lists by work area and operator to maximize throughput and maintain priorities. With OnTime, schedulers can use Gantt charts to determine the effect of lot scheduling sequences on equipment utilization.

Embedded logic supports the dispatch, load and set-up rules used in fabrication. Parameterized equipment templates simplify factory modeling and can support any fabrication process flow constructs. Lot splitting and merging is supported. OnTime comprehends processing lots or individual components.

Easy to use and extremely fast, OnTime is easily integrated with the MES for automated data input and output exchanges. Offering factory-wide visibility to operations, OnTime provides the agility to react quickly to changes on the factory floor and minimize their overall impact.

ManSim products offer these features:
▪ Extremely fast
▪ Easy-to-use - menu-driven, point-and-click, spreadsheet-like inputs/outputs
▪ No programming required
▪ Easily integrated with legacy systems
